Three problems
When I had a noise in my engine I had a service tech drive the car and in our conversations he said the Lexus HS 250 one thing really good about it is that you will never need brakes . I bring in the car to Drew service advisor for a maintenance 6 months later and said I need brakes . I said but the tech mechanic ( 30 years Lexus mechanic said I don t ) but they charged me 100, s of dollars ..

2. I bring in Lexus because my car s truck wasn t closing . Service advisor Hasan said along with Drew said I need a new latch and follow me to the parts department. It will cost $400 for the top latch and labor around $600 total cost and I said no thanks . I drive car down the street to auto body shop that worked on a collision repair 6 months prior and they fixed it in literally in 10 minutes

3 I bring in car for maintenance and Hasan they said I need 4 new tires . He said Yokohama is offering rebate and it will be $100... Turns out it was $60
