For the third time, I am turning to Intesasanpaolo to insure my moped and through my home banking Intesa I tried to do it like the other times ........... but nothing, I'm still fighting for issuing the policy, I sent every document, I had to make an extra bank transfer, I made 5 phone calls for 40 minutes each, where every time I had to explain everything again, then in the end one of the call center told me it was a problem of their systems and even today I have received neither the policy nor the money. But do I have to go to the prosecutor's office to find out if a crime is being committed against me? to get a policy? ............. be careful.
