I had scheduled an appointment a week prior when I was in for an oil change. I wanted to get new tires before the snow flies. The guy that help me (Mike) told me he would have to get my size tires from Grand Rapids. No big deal, he said and I made my appointment for the following week (7 days later). He told me it would take a couple hours. I brought my car back the next week at my scheduled time (9am). I didn't get out of there until 1pm. Mike apologized for the delay, blamed it on the tires being delayed. Assured me that the techs were working on it that very minute. Meanwhile, I am stuck in their waiting room for 4 hours. I received an email later that day detailing my service. Turns out they didn't even have me down for an appointment that day.
