This was our second time working with the wonderful Komal on a custom 3 stone engagement ring. I lost the first ring that she created for me and I was very sad. I found a lot of comfort, though, knowing that I could fully trust Komal to help me to make another ring just like it, and she did! Komal is very knowledgeable and very responsive. She asks all of the right questions to make sure that you design a ring that you love, and always gives you assurance that she will help you to make modifications if it is not exactly how you want it. She is great at setting expectations on the timeline and pricing, and consistently follows up on next steps until the very end of the process. It is a wonderful feeling to know that you have a fantastic jeweler that you can rely on, and I recommend Windy City Diamonds and Komal to all of my friends and family. They are absolutely wonderful.
