customer service is poor. help line goes to generally to oversea which is not helpful. FOR POWER TOOLS, THE WARRANTY LOOKS LIKE A SHOW OFF, NOT REAL. DOES NOT WORK. cannot reach an executive. close to public. reception is so tough. they want to earn your money, but they don't want to help after sales. they deny the faults.
