I chose Carolina's home medical equipment because this company was contracted with my insurance and it was close to home. I already had a CPAP machine in the past, this visit was for my replacement machine. I came in with no particular expectations but was very pleased and surprised. Serge Mukha was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went through all the details of operating my new machine, answered all my questions and also helped me to choose a new mask, which I love now!!! Thanks for that suggestion, Serge! He made sure I understood everything before I left with my new machine. His knowledge and professionalism impressed me very much.
