Their failure to follow-up on a routine request ended up putting me out in the cold! I had to do their job for them to fix the situation. Avoid them at all costs. They were rude and did not seem to care at all!

See their response below... More lies! I had been staying in the same place already, they just needed to follow up with the normal approval proccess. They did not do it!!! I spoke with the insurance company and they advised me that they were never contacted by TA!!! I had spoken TA several times and they kept saying that they will contact them. LIES LIES LIES
