My wife and I went to see Andrea Bocelli last night, absolutely amazing. I wasn't feeling too well and had difficulty walking. Out of nowhere, 3 First Aid staff appeared and looked after us. They were brilliant. They also managed to change our seats from 'the Gods' to the ground floor to avoid the steep stairs.
They even offered to take us to our car at the end of the concert.

We cannot thank them enough, my only regret was not taking their names. You're a credit to your profession and hope this message reaches you all.
