This hospital is just trash, absolute trash. My mother has been here for a while now. The doctors are doing nothing but staying on the computer, the nurse directed us to the PCT when we asked whether or not she can have ice flakes or not. PCT says she doesn t know you have to ask the nurse, we just asked the nurse and he told us go to the PCT smh. Help! Best hospital in Brooklyn would be Methodist hospital. Avoid Kingsbrook at all cost!
