Billy Clark made our experience with Park Place Lexus excellent. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He answered all our questions and concerns and was very professional. He introduced us to Kendall Richards who was very helpful and assured us that everything would be taken care of. We were also introduced to AJ Jayne who assured us she would take of all our service needs. The vehicle was ready earlier than expected and was perfect. From the time we were greeted at the front desk until we left the dealership we were treated outstanding. I will recommend Park Place Lexus of Plano to friends and family.
