Unbelievably difficult to wade through their proce...

Unbelievably difficult to wade through their process that clearly appears to be designed to prevent successful outcomes. System glitches combined with changing and inconsistent requirements AND impossible wait times on the customer service hold line (2 1/2 hours w/a hang up at the end) during the application AND reapplication process make for a virtually impossible situation. Totally absurd!! They know, full well I m sure, that their design model has been created specifically to prevent successful filing of applications and consequently denial of unemployment compensation. It s a government SCAM! Incredible!! We are in big, big trouble! Mortgage trouble, food trouble, utilities trouble, car payment trouble and we ve been paying taxes and insurance through our employers, to the State of Colorado, for 30 years to help cover us in EXACTLY THIS TYPE OF SITUATION and now that we need the State s help the State says DISALLOWED and INELIGIBLE ! With NO WAY TO APPEAL. It s a scam. Where has all the money gone??
And yet I m out of work through NO FAULT OF MY OWN! (COVID19).
We need to file a class action lawsuit against the State of CO for all of the folks, just like us, who are being ripped off.
