Limiting my experience on a saturday on the 3rd floor - poor customer service, sales reps busy talking amongst one another. Options are limited. Better off going elsewhere. Buying online is much preferred

This has been my experience with this store visiting twice in the last year, it isnt a one-off the customer service has been rubbish for a while.
