Fun tubing trip! It's quite amazing to go through old irrigation ditches and think about the work that went into making them. The water was a good combo of slow and fastish (never anything really wild) which was just right for our 7 year old. The guides were hilarious (we had Kevin and Kai) and Vincent (the dude who helps everyone who gets stuck in the reeds and stops moving) was cool too. They take some good pictures as everyone comes down the "waterfall" (it's 3 feet) which you can buy at the end.
