A disaster. I never managed to get an email I paid my first year I terminated with registered letter. However, their renewal is automatic and I still cannot cancel. I still have to pay and wait another year.
They are also unreachable by phone (which is also surcharged).
Do not go home especially.
I just hope I can get rid of them and never hear about them again.
