Woow ridiculous customer service with prejudice. Activated my line and ported my wife's number to bell through Baka. Got samsung 7 edge phone that was defective, took phone back to corporate office the next day. I was told that I cannot get a replacement phone for the exact type of phone. The rep with attitude said so because I bought the phone for $49 and the price of the phones had changed. He said the only option was to choose a different phone pay more or cancel the plan. We decided to speak with someone else. Between the time we brought the phone back and when we opted to speak with another person was less than 20mins and the rep only had the phone for 5mins. The new person who we spoke with said the phone was observed for 1hour . It is disgraceful to see Baka represent Bell. Be careful doing business with them,they are fraud
