Sean from Smith Thompson came to our home to inspect/ upgrade our security system for Smith Thompson monitoring. It was a several year old system with a few changes from previous owners over the years, and it took some investigating and ingenuity to get it in working order. Sean was meticulous and thorough and managed to find all the stray, weirdly placed components. We are first time security system owners, low tech old folks, and he patiently went over the instructions and answered all questions. I am very happy with his visit . He was an excellent representative of Smith Thompson and I am pleased with my selection of their service.
