Very satisfied with my move with American Relocation from D.C. to Michigan.

I had never hired movers before, let alone for a long-distance move, but they made my move go smoothly. From the start, Crystal explained things very clearly to me while giving me a quote and was courteous and helpful in booking me.

The movers arrived in a timely fashion, and Andre and his colleague moved my out quickly and efficiently. They were also extremely kind and professional.

I did have to wait a little more than a week to get my stuff in Michigan, but when the movers arrived, everything was there and in good condition and they were once again quick and courteous.

I had to pay extra for some tape and two boxes and for a long-haul carry at my new place, but those add-ons were clearly laid out in the paperwork. No surprises.

Overall, for the price (which was very reasonable in comparison with many other quotes I'd received), this was a great service.
