Hi There,

Hi There,
So BMW Chigwell has had my BMW e36 M3 GT for 30 days in their Body Shop for repair and presented it back to me in a very poor condition so obviously they do not carry out a QC check.
After going away on holiday for 6 days I returned to collect my car from the BMW Chigwell. They put right some of the issues and did not correct all, not to mention creating more damage to headlight eye brow.
I have had this car for over 16 years and spent a small fortune on it, so I am baffled that they do not seem to care about the BMW brand as much as I do. So I have had to hire a car and had to cancel prior arrangements before going away and now have had to take another day off work for the damage to be put right.
However I will say, that Ben the Service Manager has made an effort to deal with these on going issues for me, as they have damaged my car twice since they have had it it their Body Shop!
