Been Using Blancolo Tattoo and Piercing Studio for about a year. Reception staff are knowledgeable, Every time i have visited my piercer has been Sophie; She is professional friendly and allows you to relax. She talks to about the procedure and through the process as it is happening. I am very happy with everything she has done for me and can't wait to get more piercings

Got a piercing by Sophie and couldn t fault anything. Ran through all the hygiene steps & aftercare with me and had the piercing done in no time, my piercing was healed after a week. All staff very friendly.. the only place I go & trust to give me a piercing!

Got my first body piercing today - VCH. The staff are brilliant, very knowledgeable and professional. I was made feel very comfortable and everything was explained to me before, throughout and after the actual piercing. Two other members of staff also attended the piercing, to help with their training. I was asked permission for them to attend beforehand and felt so comfortable and at ease with the whole thing. I would definitely go back for any future piercings and recommend them to anyone. Chuffed! : )

got my tounge priced in the middle of last month I took my piecing out on Monday there because I accidentally swallowed my bar ball so I had to take the bar out and now I cant get it back in plus its through a vain on my tounge

I really love this studio, I've had a few piercings done here and would highly recommend it to friends and family. My most recent piercings were done by Jen, a very polite girl and really put me at ease. I find it a real pleasure going into the studio. I have never had a problem with any of the staff. I currently have 9 piercings and I have went to Blancolo for every one. I have never gotten an infection with them, I have witnessed them using new equipment for all of my piercings, everything was safe and sterile, and I have never had a problem with these guys. All of the staff are really friendly and are great at making you feel at ease and the quality of the piercing is not in anyway compromised, considering how cheap it is. I have never gotten a tattoo from this place but I do plan on getting a lot more piercings from here, and based on the feedback I have heard, I will probably go here to get my tattoos as well. 10/10 would bang.

A got my tragus pierced today and when a walked in it was busy and the lady took my Mum s Id and she was very nice went it got ma piercing and she was very professional and friendly would defo recommend:)

Piercing was done with as little pain as possible. The woman piercer was aware I had never had a piercing before and didn't offer any after care advise was very rushed, left to my own to figure out. Wouldn't recommend if you need to be given after care advise.

In Glasgow for a short visit and decided to go and see Dom to get a souvenir. The studio is clean and everyone is super professional. Really enjoyed chatting with Dom while he worked and I'm thrilled with the ink! If you want to get a tatt in Glasgow, this is the place!

Visited Blancolo this morning to get my nose done and the service couldn t have been better. Extremely fast service and great prices too! The girl who pierced me was extremely kind and was also very reassuring. Will definitely be visiting again in the nearer future !

Got my second lobe piercings here today and I really couldn t be happier! Didn t get my piercer s name but she was so kind and talked me through the whole thing, asking to make sure I was ready before each piercing. The process was very smooth and there s been very little to no pain all day. Will definitely be coming back here if I get another piercing!

What a great place. Had went to get my new tattoo done on my hand. Lorraine was great took the time to get my tattoo right. Ma girl got her nipple pierced and said it was a gd service, very quick and efficient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Got my septum piercing here a year or so ago at the recommendation of a friend. The experience was rushed, and the most incredibly painful piercing I have had (and I've got a few). My nose immediately started to bleed very heavily which was unusual for me, and I was still rushed out the door. I had to sit in a very busy seating area trying not to pass out whilst said friend bought juice to help stop this, whilst still trying to stop the bleeding.

I have since learned that the reason for this painful and bloody experience is because the piercing is WAY too high in my nose and has gone past the 'sweet spot' and into the cartilage of my nose.

I previously would have gotten a new piercing every 3/4 months or so but have gotten none since as this experience has put me off entirely.

Cheap, but a reminder that you get what you pay for...

I got my tattoo done by Agata here, and it is so beautiful and detailed, I love it so much. She didn t mind redrawing the design several times till it was perfect. I ll definitely be going back for all future tattoos and recommending her and Blancolo to everyone I know.

Had a terrible experience here. During the summer I went to Blancolo for a tattoo on my arm. When I got to the shop for my 11am appointment my design had not even been drawn up and the member of staff could not seem to find my email. She More

First of all, the guy who did my belly button piercing wasn't very friendly, didn't say much or give me many instructions on how to look after it, his answers to my questions weren't only short and vague but I couldn't actually understand what he said.

However, I could get over that, the reason my visit to Blancolo was one I regretted hugely later on was the fact the piercer pierced the hole a whole cm above where it was supposed to go, so when I took the plaster off later on in the day I could see how ridiculous it looked. I have since taken it out and have prayed the scarring will go away.

Went to Blancolo last week for two piercings in my ear lobes. Piercings were done superbly, clean and fast. The staff was super friendly and gave me directions to the nearest shop where I could buy tunnels and other supplies. Love them and will come back.

Highly recommend Blancolo Tattoo got my B-Day tattoo here on Monday not only were they able to squeeze me in on a very busy September weekend but Teejay who has been tattooing for only 6 years has exquisite line and shading work I am so happy with my tattoo and will be coming back here for future tattoos Teejay will most definitely be getting requested thanks again guys your all amazing

Piercer put the most unnecessarily large hoop in my ear that looked so ridiculous I had to take it out the day after. Waste of a tenner, really disappointed.

I went and got my first tattoo today at blancolo's and let me tell you. I could not have went to a better place. The staff are absolutely amazing at their job and very friendly. I'm extremely happy with my tattoo and would like to go back soon and get another one. If people aren't sure about tattoo parlour's. I would seriously recommend these lovely ladies and staff

Rebecca did my piercings and I am delighted with them. A daith, tragus and four re pierced holes was done quickly, excellent hygiene standards and titanium jewellery. They are healing brilliantly, I'll definitely be back for more

Piercing itself is good but staff not welcoming. Myself and my friend were handed back our IDs attached to the wrong forms.

The piercer was very quick, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but he made no move to make me feel comfortable. There was no moment to 'take a deep breath' and he didn't provide a chance to breathe afterwards and didn't ask if I was feeling light headed, which I was.

This business follows very unprofessional and poor business ethics, he was our tenant and recently moved elsewhere. I have no idea why he is posting bad reviews about hotel on Google and Tripadvisor. He never stayed in the hotel nor he had used any facility / services of the hotel. As a General Manager of the hotel, my concern on his fake review. Beware of this business. Thank you.

I've been going to Blancolo for a while and the amazing Ailie has been tattooing me even longer. The shop is clean, there's a great vibe with the other artists, John Scott & Bartosz are brilliant and with the piercing girls, even the mad Sophie Lorraine is great for a giggle and the shop itself is clean, friendly and welcoming.

Blancolo is great, highly recommend to anyone looking for some ink.

I HAVE BEEN ATTENDING BLANCOLO SINCE IT OPENED AND HAVE HAD 6 VERY LARGE PIECES OF INK WORK DONE THERE....AND ONE PIERCING DONE THERE TOO. MY CHILDREN GO THERE....MY PARTNER GOES THERE....MY FRIENDS GO THERE. WOULD I AS A RESPONSIBLE PARENT/ADULT SEND MY CHILDREN TO ANYWHERE BUT THE BEST???? NO I DON'T THINK SO. AND YES THEY ARE BOTH OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE...THEY WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN INKED OTHERWISE.THE VERY BEST ARTISTS AND GREAT STAFF VERY CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Went to the Glasgow shop for my first tattoo. The staff were amazing very friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend.

I had my first tattoo from Blancolo five years ago now and have never gone anywhere else. Tattoo number six is being booked next week. From the very start I have always had fantastic service from all the staff, all the tattooists have such great knowledge and there artistic skills are second to none.
I have never stuck to the one artist as I know whoever I am with will create a fantastic piece of art. I had a half sleeve by Craig in September and the work he put in from our first meeting to discuss design to the first sitting and last he made sure I was completely happy with my design and created something I didn't even think possible, and was beyond what I imagined. Some people complain about the costs of tattoos but with Blancolo your not getting a bog standard tattoo that will need work down the line or covered up, your getting an amazing piece of artwork by the best of the best. All my friends or work colleagues, even random people in the supermarket ask me where I have got my work done and I will always send them blancolo's way. Seriously don't go anywhere else x

Got a septum piercing on 26 Jan - painless! The girl was fantastic (Rebecca?), quick and obviously very good at what she does, as no pain whatsoever. Would definitely recommend. x

I got my tongue pierced here today and have had my nose pierced here before and the staff were all really helpful and very nice as I was worried but they talked me through what would happen and were very professional. Would highly recommend getting your piercings done here!

Wrote a review about a tragus piercing a while back and was bribed to take it down with a gift voucher I'll now never use and "premium aftercare"... months on with pretty much constant healing issues and my tragus is now horrendously infected despite being cleaned 3 times a day with both their premium aftercare rubbish and warm salt water (incidentally I've 5 other piercings from elsewhere and never had ANYTHING like this). The infection is because the site was pierced twice due to the first one being completely and utterly messed up, with the girl losing the canular and needing to repeirce the original site, which was missed. So i ended up with two sites pierced which have now merged because they were so close together. In a nutshell, they have made a complete mess of this, the result of which is I'll now never be able to have a piercing here. Thanks troops. Your voucher is in the bin and this one won't be getting taken down for any amount of bribery.

I ve had piercings and a fantastic tattoo from Blancolo. I cannot speak highly enough about the level of service. Staff are very well informed and trained and the place is spotlessly clean. All this and its the most reasonable flat price for almost all piercings including choice of stud/ring and changed when necessary for smaller one when healed.
Bart tattooed me and i cannot say enough about how talented this man is. So happy with result and i will book again with him.

I got my tongue pierced and had to return 10min later to get it fixed bc it was severely off center. Then got it re-pierced. I understand mistakes can happen but this mistake was due to lack of time prepping the piercing. A mark wasn't drawn it was just pulled out and clamped. I get that it's pretty busy all the time but getting something re-pierced after just getting it done isn't a pleasant experience. She was apologetic and nothing against her,but if the piercers feel rushed to get them done maybe something needs to change.

Love Blancolo. Just had my 5th visit to my favourite, Ailie. I've been going to her for a few years, just the nicest, friendliest person, everyone should have a tattoo by Ailie. The place has a great atmosphere. The girls are a great laugh, friendly, with the right amount of cheek and sass (Sophie especially ). Lorraine is quality. Really keeps the place buzzing. Bartosz is a phenomenal artist. Really can't recommend the place enough.

Picked out a black& white Scottish Thistle but wanted it in colour, charged very little extra for the colouring and it was done perfectly without reference to a colour image

My piercer Rebecca was charming, professional, knowledgeable and kind. The place as a whole is pretty busy. Weird pokey little spot and there was hardly any variety of choice for piercings... maybe because it's so popular?

Such a great piercing studio! I live in London but haven't found one as good or reliable as Blancolo, so I always try and stop by when I'm in Glasgow if i need a piercing change or any kind of piercing care, especially after the mishaps I've had in a certain London piercing stores.

I popped in on my lunch break to get an ear piercing. I was taken almost straight away. I couldn't be more happy with it. The girl who took me was amazing. We chatted & she made me feel really comfortable. I am really pleased with my piercing & highly recommend it to anyone.

Went to the Polish guy Bart. Got some of the best tattoos I ever had . Makes the rest I got elsewhere look shabby now so will be going back to him to get these reworked in the near future. Great work and great prices.

Went here for snakebites and they were far too fast. She didn't measure or clamp my lips, and just went straight ahead with piercing them, the end up being they were different heights and different lengths apart. The studio was busy that day and they ended up taking 2 people into the piercing room at a time, NOT ACCEPTABLE PRACTICE!

My friend went for venom bites and they were 2mm away from hitting a vein in his tongue and he had to take them out.

Now had 5 tattoos from Blancolo all absolutely fantastic , great price , great artists and last one was free hand drawing which was superb , my daughter has also had 4 and if i wasn;t happy she wouldn't have been there to get them , my wife has had piercings there and also totally happy ,having read some of the previous reviews i think there may be some other tattoo/piercing artist skullduggery going on in effort to discredit Blancolo , cannot praise them highly enough, from the price to design and the actual tattoo and cleanliness of the studio is second to none . I recommend going nowhere else in Glasgow
