absolutely despise the French lady at this consula...

absolutely despise the French lady at this consulate every other staff at this consulate is so nice and pleasant. But this lady is horrible! So rude, will turn you away if you don't have one copy of something. She was suspended for 90days due to her rudeness and horrible customer service! so mad she is back.
