1. Designed, developed and built well . Constructed like any modern international airport .

2. Has metal Rivets on floor to help visually challenged people (not seen in many airports). Good gesture !! Highly appreciated .

3. The male /gents toilet is pretty bad . Also have to blame the type of crowd that majoritarily comes in . Not very well managed. But the management has done good work taking care of this airport .

Very unclean toilet compared to Delhi, Amritsar, Bengaluru and Chennai airport. As I said earlier even the crowd is to be blamed . Pan marks on the wall , commode is dirty and not fully clean. Even inside toilet compartment it doesn't look very good

4. Many flights get delayed on regular basis (may be due heavy fog in Kolkata during winter) . So if you have another flight after landing there, plan with sufficient time gap /interval

5. The airport space can be made even more well use of and stress needs to be put on people to maintain cleanliness . Can be made far cleaner by educating ppl on cleanliness.

7. Taxi stand is not well organized out of airport and frequent crowding and disarray outside

8. Have resting room/lounge with Rs 700 plus GST for dormitory and Rs 1500 plus GST = Rs 1680 for family room .

9. Well decorated keeping in mind the local, national cultural symbols

10. This has the potential to become another Changi Airport if thought on those lines and planned on those ways .
