The reception of the Ymca city center leaves to be desired the customer service is poor, I try to make a request for termination of my subscription they take me by boat for more than 2 months, each time I get information j call to cancel because I am traveling for more than 3 months I am asked to come in person, I spend a Saturday morning on my return I am told it is necessary to go from 09 to 05 h weekdays to cancel for lack of ca your subscription will be billed we promised that their manager Maryem would call me to resolve my situation she never called me then when I call they pretend she is not there, and then they listened to me they gave it to me on the phone !!!! for her to tell me that I can send an email to cancel that the first person I had on the phone a few months ago could have told me !!!
