Stayed for a 2 day New Year break with a black tie...

Stayed for a 2 day New Year break with a black tie ball for New Year's Eve. Had an excellent time, the room was good, overlooking the gardens. Highly recommend the towels!
The food was delicious and beautifully presented both at the ball and in the dining room (compliments to the chef) and the staff were all pleasant and helpful (even though they were working over New Year). Overall a really good stay in a lovely hotel away from the world. A great way to start the New Year.
