Please improve your patient portal website. This is of no use to your customers. I'm totally incapable of logging into the website. At least developed an app for that specific section. I made several calls for help accessing the website, but completely incapable of receiving a passcode. Both of your options for receiving the access code are securely off. So far, I don't have an email response, but I have received several unnecessary 3-second voicemails. This is extremely frustrating and annoying. If it were possible, I would not give any stars for this service.
