I recently visited the Bridal Gallery, not intending to purchase a dress, but more so to familiarize myself with styles that may suit me. I was greeted by very polite and friendly staff members and felt grateful to be paired with a consultant named Ariel. She had wonderful energy and enthusiasm and her passion for providing brides with a positive experience was evident. Ariel was extremely knowledgable on designer products and styles. She knew what would suit my body type and was able to give me direction while allowing for choice. Ariel was fun to work with, adding humour and excitement to one of my first bridal experiences. I was pleased that despite current restrictions due to covid-19, I was able to safely walk around the shop, look at different styles and advise the consultant which ones I liked. It was a very special and exciting day and even though I didn't plan on finding my dress, I surprised myself and found a beautiful one! Thank you Bridal Gallery (especially Ariel) for being a part of this experience.
