Got the membership for 6 months, then when the sixth month arrived I asked them to cancel and they told me I missed the 2 days window to cancel so I was stuck for another 6 months. They don t send any notice by email so difficult to know when is that cancelation window. Also tried both locations in NYC and the staff at the reception area was always super rude. My friend and I (both with memberships) always spent about 20min after the treatment to check out because they charged more or said our membership discount wasn t available even though we had received confirmation emails for the appointment. After a year, I made sure to cancel in advance. Good facials and massages but the trouble making appointments and checking out wasn t worth it
