The nurses and the Doctor I saw were very helpful and very professional.. but my appointment was at 10 am, I arrivedata 950. I was not called back for my physical until 11: 25.. not cool.
The wait to be seen was as expected since it is a walk in clinic and I was not the only patient. Dr. Rakhra was very thorough and told me everything that she saw and causes. For a visit because of a cold, the experience was good
I liked that patients were greeted at the door and temperatures were taken. The staff was very efficient assigning us numbers, seating us and getting us to the registration desk. Although remodeling was going on, enough seating was provided as we waited in our perspective areas to see our drs. and/or lab techs.
My husband was diagnosed with Myathenias Gravis and saw Dr. Vidic. We are so pleased with his expertise and the compassion he has for his patients. He is very thorough!
Everyone was friendly at registration and labs. Nursing staff @ Dr. RAZAs never seem to be happy.
Good experience, starting with being able to find a parking place near the west door! I like Dr. Enriquez, and appreciate her professionalism and also her warmth.
First I d like to state that Doctor Wu is first rate! However the two front window workers on her side 8/28 AM were so unprofessional that I find it hard to believe they continue to work without a coworker telling them to be aware that everyone in the waiting room can hear them and the derogatory comments about the phone call they were just on!! Their comments to each other were also unprofessional and loud. If I had been seen by Dr Wu today I would have let her know about it. So disappointed.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful! They care how the patient feels and attend to all your needs!
The nurse who gave me my belly ultra sound was very professional, pleasant, and thorough! We have been doing all our doctoring through the Elkhart Clinic and we are very happy with our experiences!! We plan to stay!!! :)

Dr. Young and his nurse took a great deal of time with me as I was a new patient. I truly felt like a person/patient, not a number to be rushed in and out as quickly as possible. I was delighted and thankful to find him after my former doctor of 23 years retired. Dr. Young showed me more caring and concern in that one visit than she had in the majority of my years spent with her. But she"inherited" me from my former doctor whom was very caring and forced to retire due to health reasons. I highly recommend Dr. Young!

I thought it was ridiculous to have to wait for 1 hour for blood work to done. I know if I would have done it earlier I might have been taken care of sooner but if you can not miss work you have to do it when you can.

The Dr. Was very concerned and welling to help my husband to take the next step to look into, other Drs. Didn't guide him. We are so happy to have this Dr. We are hoping there is away to heal the health problem.

I did not wait very long to get in to see the doctor. The office staff were very pleasant. The nurse asked me questions about my need for an appointment - and listened fully. The doctor was easy to talk to and was very nice and informative.
Been with Doc Bulger since about 1984. I used to love the fact that he was his own man, but after years of running all aspects of a thriving practice, this merger with the Elkhart Clinic seems to allow him to focus what he loves the most, his patient's!

Since my husband had been to the Elkhart Clinic recently I was aware of some of the changes, with a more streamlined process. Unfortunately, the young lady that signed me in had problems with my insurance card. This meant 15 minutes delay and I was 5 minutes late to my doctor's area. The 6' distancing was well organized and I was satisfied with the doctor's visit.
Well done. Careful about Covid. I felt heard and cared for.
Dr.Meta and Heather are the best.They explain and take the time to make sure you know what is going on .And will send you to other drs if needed.They have gotten me through very hard times with my health have even called us at home when test results came in to late at the office.I would give the doctor and his staff the highest number I could and refer him to anyone that wants a very caring and knowledgeable doctor .Tonya Pearson
Great service and very caring staff. Took extra time to know my goals and my concerns. The only negative was that they did not have a weighing station for those in wheelchairs like myself who cannot stand even with assistance. If Elkhart general has a weighing station then why cant the beacon dr offices or weight loss clinics have one? It would not take much time or money to have one installed and I can guarantee more customers and better health outcomes and reports from patients

Their billings department is horrible. I've had numerous phone conversations with them over the years and their ability to do the job is questionable. They close at 5, but stop answering their phones at 4:30. Tried calling their switch board and they had already turned on their answering machine at 4:45. What a joke.

Long time patient seeing different physicians. Every encounter was well worth it for my healthcare needs .The Medical Assistants, nurses, medical support staff and business office were very professional and pleasant.
It would be helpful for a facility that serves a large number of older health patients to have more than 1 handicap parking spaces and a handicap accessible door.
Staff took extra precautions during pandemic to ensure my safety with check in and procedures of blood draw. I felt real comfortable going to clinic.
From scheduling an appointment to the appointment itself, everyone was so nice. Dr. Yoder is very nice and thorough and I will definitely return for a Physical next year.

2019- Good doctor, beyond horrendous service. My primary issue is with their prescription refill system. In order to call in a refill, it must be during business hours. Keep in mind you're leaving a message when requesting the refill, not speaking to an actual person, but still can ONLY be requested during "business" hours. Today I called in during their business hours, which according to the automated message is from 8:30am-11:30am, and the answering service says they're closed... hmmm. So I try their directory (the only option to speak with someone if they're closed) and the lady put me on hold for 15 minutes and hung up; I just want my prescription refilled. Why MUST you be open to leave a MESSAGE for a prescription refill? I did email them per their response and heard nothing back. (October 2020) On top of it all, now their automated answering machine DOESN'T RECORD. NOW I GET TO ANOTHER DAY WITHOUT MY DAILY MEDICATION!!!!!
It took to long to get Scheduled, I finally had to call them to get scheduled after that everything was good.
Actually Dr Eisler, the podiatrist at Bristol Street Podiatry and all the others who work there are very friendly, pleasant and efficient. I couldn t have asked for any better treatment than they gave me. This is part of the Elkhart Clinic.
I felt comfortable and was treated kindly. Dr. Lee was well informed about the surgery Dr. Chauhan performed. He questioned me going off Warfarin and said he will talk to Dr. Chaughan when he returns after his vacation.

Dr. Harley Yoder is the best Dr. I've had in YEARS. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I can't speak for everyone, but I like A Dr that LISTENS and actually LOOKS AT YOU instead of his computer! Old school feel with the knowledge of todays medicine. Yep, that's my type.
Appointment with Dr. K was on time. Our time together was very productive and established what was best for me relative to future tests and appropriate medication.

I most recently went to the lab at Elkhart Family Physicians. The phlebotomist as always does and excellent job of drawing blood. Dr. Davis and his staff are the most caring attentive Healthcare Professionals one could ask for. A very grateful patient.
Cannot use referral. My insurance will not cover me because it is out of state.
Got to my doctors within a few minutes. Waited about five minutes before I went back to the room. Waited another five minutes before the doctor came in. Talked to the doctor for around fifteen minutes then left. Less than thirty minutes I was done. Got good information so I left a happy patient.
You're phone answering system leaves a lot to be desired! I hate not talking directly to Concord Family Medicine when I call their number. Also, your audio for the hold is truly awful!
Saw Dr. Scott Rutchik. Office was running on time and the Dr. spent the necessary time with me and answered all my questions. I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Rutchik.

My primary care physician of 20+ years is now an Elkhart Clinic affiliate. So I retain the excellent care and knowledge I have enjoyed in the past, and gain state of the art record keeping and efficient Medicare processing. What a great idea.
Doctor visit was very good. Doctor explained procedure and then told me when to have next visit. I will be back in August to have blood tests and doctor visit.
Whole experience was pleasant. Nurses were kind and so helpful. Glad I am involved with the oncology team. They are all great.

Is a little firm he calls things the way it is . But like i say the truth hurts. Im sure he does not mean to be rude!. But i have been treated very nicely when i have been there no completes!
Checking in was fast and easy, I had to get bloodwork done, the nurse who drew my blood use to work at egh but now she's at the clinic I love her!! She's the only one that can draw my blood with one poke I had gotten used to getting poke at least 3 to 4 times but since she has been doing it one poke and am done
I think Elkhart Clinic got their remodel right. Such a beautiful open design. I was very comfortable with being able to have plenty of space around me. The personnel were as always top notch and very courteous.

I thought I could run in and do a blood draw in a half way decent time, ordered from my doctor. I get there and I was eighth in line. It appeared there were only 2 doing labs. I'm sorry but a 45 minute wait was not acceptable. I left thououghly disgusted.

I went for blood work! They were professional, friendly and respectful! Always great and up and beyond care! They listen to your needs and concerns! The new upgrades makes it look so much modernized. However the gentleman that recieved me was rude as he had a very condescending tone and rolled his eyes as I needed someone to accompany me to my appointment. I find this very disrespectful and unprofessional on his behalf, hence reflecting poorly on the clinic itself. I hope next visit will be a better one!
