They DO NOT reply to emails.... If you have an issue with your quotation just call instead! They never replied to my emails as my phone just sat untouched for 3 weeks until I finally called them, and they're like oh you need a so and so number to qualify. REALLY? you couldn't tell me that in an email reply? TERRIBLE
