I am staying here for 2 night with a tour group. When we get in our rooms, I found out that the toilet in my room isn't working, so I called the front desk ask for help. Which they took more than half an hour to come, and then cleaner could not fixed the problem. He then called plumber who can't fixed the toilet either. So in the end they took more than an hour to help us to change the room and still not fixed the damn toilet.
