AVOID with at all cost, I have a time sensitive document needed 21 days to complete, I rang Hastings who use this company and spent MANY hours on and off the phone being passed pillar to post to Carpenters, they assured me that someone would get back (no one did), I rang them again was assured someone would get back (no one did) I rang again ... I am sure you can see how this goes. EVENTUALLY I called the underwriters and the ombudsmen... DO NOT USE THEM ... If Hastings do not change from this company I recommend you also don't use Hastings
