The store is spacious and well appointed. I don't think there is a camera accessory they don't carry. If they can't help you, they will advise on who can.
I have been a customer for about 15 years and always satisfied. The last visit was in early December of 2014. I was not there for a new purchase (wish I was) but to ask about a camera I had purchased a year before. The associate that helped me was patient with plenty of know-how. I may use other smaller vendors closer to my home, from time to time...but if I want the final answers or the best quality, I always go to Pitman Photo Supply.
