We stayed on a Saturday night and were suppose to get a King Bed with the Get it all package. After checkin we had to constantly tell them everything we were suppose to be getting with the package .everyone was searching for a tip every step of the way no matter how small the gesture. We got what we believe was a full size bed we couldn't even sleep together in. We did receive everything in the package except the breakfast but still got billed for it. We were triple charged for the valet but after multiple calls they took care of. The price we were guaranteed for the room was not what we were charged and still havent gotten that back. I hate going somewhere where everything is no and a fight. Too mNy great hotels in NY to ever stay there again
