IAH is clean but old as can be seen by the lack of seating waiting for flights. Power outlets are hard to come by and in hard to access places. Water fountains haven't been updated to the filtered bottle style.
The highlight or what made me feel welcome back home was security guy checking passports for arrivals; friendly and courteous.
Ruby's food is great!
Arriving international flights have to walk a long long ways and go through several check areas; could be more efficient.
TSA, wow, so unorganized and overly cautious. And way too particular... TSA, 1 of 5 stars. You can't use old bins on new carousel, all bags have to go in new bins, they rerun your items for missed images, they could clearly see all contents keys, phones, wallets, but still ran it through again....
