I tried working with this company for a client deal and their lack of communication between departments is astounding. They did not notify their own client that they had secured a property for her for several weeks. They held the property with me, I took down ads, then a week after her lease started, they stated she doesn't want to move in. It's very unorganized here. I would not recommend to anyone no matter how bad your situation. Ask your insurance agency for another company to work with.
