Update, first big snow of 2019: Arbor has a big professional crew out getting everything cleaned up nice before the deep freeze tonight. Nice job.

Update days later: snow removal and ice melt treatment is supposed to be coming today.
December 2018: This is our first snow storm with Arbor Management. In the past we've had big crews of workers to shovel stairs and plow the parking area. With only 4.5 inches of snow it should be an easy job for a management company to handle. There hasn't been one plow here all day. The snow ended at 4am this morning it's now 13 hours later and no work has been done at all. Now the temperature has dropped to cause all the snow to freeze solid until Wednesday or Thursday. I am very dissatisfied with their lack of communication and coordination of snow removal.
