Worked here for 3 years. Great people and enjoyed working there. I think a lot of times people expect the subs to be ready in 2 minutes like at Jimmy John's or Subway but forget that it takes a few minutes to prepare, then 5 minutes to bake, and a few more minutes to finish the sandwiches, especially when it is busy. My advice: ALWAYS call ahead, then it will be ready when you get there.

As for complaints about rude staff .. the only people we ever dealt with who were problematic were people who were pretty awful to begin with.. I always went out of my way to check on customers and make sure their food was good.
