Jesse Lindler is probably the best service personn...

Jesse Lindler is probably the best service personnel I ever dealt with.
I have a 2017 Ford focus ST and gave it for my first service. I did report couple of issues and Jesse was really clear in explaining me what it could be and got it rectified. He really has the technical knowledge on the car.
