There were two gentlemen working the front desk (different times) who were so rude. One more so than the other. The service at the tavern was horrendous! Our waiter never came back to fill our drinks or even ask, we waited over a 1/2 hour for an overpriced shrimp cocktail. He was extremely unapologetic and rude. Our fridge wouldn't get cold and we got sprayed when we turned on the faucet from a leak.

The only reason I am giving Lord Baltimore Hotel two stars is because of the bell hops and valet parking attendants and one of the front desk employees.

Visiting as a John Hopkins patient, I booked the offer. They couldn't get the taxi they used so we were told just to bring the receipt from the other company they called and we would be refunded. That never happened.

Overall, I suggest you look elsewhere for a place to say. We have to come back for 2 weeks soon and I can guarantee Lord Baltimore Hotel will not be the hotel at which we stay.
