Terrible customer service experience...made an app...

Terrible customer service experience...made an appt for an inspection...thought you needed to go back to original dealership for it...explained that I normally get oil changes done at jiffy because its fast...I asked him what should have been done in terms of maintenance....he just kept saying that he wouldn't know because I hadn't brought it to them for the previous maintenance.....this man was extremely beligerant, condecending, unhelpful and unfriendly...I ended up walking out and making an appt with the Cambridge dealership for th next day (service in Cambridge was great...the service manager there told me what I needed and got it done) I honestly can't remember the last time I walked out on an appt. It was very upsetting.
