This is the worst Mitsubishi place I ever had to deal with. It was bad the first time I went and swore I wouldnt go back but it was convenient this time so I tried it again. I had an appointment for 2 days later, and when I went to drop the car off a day early, they insisted that they could do the work in an hour. So I canceled my ride back home and waited. Over an hour later they said they hadn't started. They had no clue how long it was going to be. Don't trust the guy that first takes your car. Also that guy made me wait 10 minutes before even talking to me after I pulled up. I was very upset because I didn't mind leaving my car until the appointment but didn't want to wait more than an hour, by then I had lost my ride and had to call it again and left my car behind. They are so disorganized that the day of my apppointment they called me wondering why I was late, even though I had repeated multiple times that I did have an appointment. There is a major reorganization and smarter people needed at that place!
