They took care of my puppy when it came to his vaccines. One of the staff seemed irritated because I asked her, after 20 minutes of being done, for my paperwork. After an hour had passed their excuse was they "forgot".
Second experience: I left them a message over a week ago to fax his records because the place I'm going to needs proof of his rabies shots in order to get his overgrown nails trimmed. He's in constant pain cause it's split. Tired of waiting. I guess I have a long drive ahead of me.
