I will give them -100 star! This is by far the worst company I see in my whole life. They came door to door to sell , day and night. They promised to give a better rate to save money. In the end you ll end up paying double or triple . Their customer service is horrible. I spent 3 days just to get hold of their account specialist. I feel bad about the people who works for this company. This company has to be investigated by our government. Total rip off. Be aware of Entrust Energy. Once you sign up with them, your nightmares begin.
