We purchased a new home with sterling here in Spruce Grove last year and we are very glad and satisfied with our home issues to discuss with Benjamin Vink (warranty technician). Very friendly and accommodating, easy to deal with. He also gave us some important things to do that we dont know to take care the house. We certainly do a referral if we have friends who wants to purchase a new home as well.
