After approaching a High Street bank, as a contractor and first buyer the possible mortgage was so small I could have not been able to buy a flat...For that I had to provide the bank with a lot of paperwork that would have taken a long time and effort to gather, and even then, there was a sense from the mortgage adviser that their official answer might have still been 'no'...Somebody at work mentioned this company, and will be forever grateful to them! From the first moment I have contacted them to the last interaction they have been absolutely fantastic. I had a response within hours from one of their consultants, a lady Natasha Saunders. She has been the most efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant that there can be! I only dealt with her, which was comforting as I was new to everything, and had an agreement in principle within days! My mortgage was calculated based on my daily rate and the amount of mortgage I could get was higher than I needed. She kept me informed all the way through the next steps of the actual application and so on. I would give her and this company 10 stars if I could. I have now moved into my new house and am enjoying it so much. The whole process has been perfect, it could have not been improved. Well done Freelancer Financials!
