Blue Whale Spa were the only company that made a hot tub that met my requirements.

The sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The delivery was on time and the installation was completed efficiently and with little fuss.

After sales can t be faulted, as a hot tub novice I was even able to obtain advice on a Sunday!
