I've only dealt with the owner, but he is very knowledgeable and provides great service. Had some problems with a pair of headphones, he was able to fix them on the spot. Very large selection of stuff you can't find anywhere else at competitive prices (plus you can listen to everything there). The only place I go for headphones.
