Electric chair broke just over a year had to pay $174.00 just to have them look at chair. Took two weeks to get initial appointment for inspection and now it s been two weeks waiting for appointment for repair man to come back to fix the chair. Sorry Lazy Boy but you get a F when it comes to costumer service.
