I went out of my way to make sure they had everyth...

I went out of my way to make sure they had everything they requested for my insurance and at first things went well until two weeks after my closing. When I got letter stating an increase of policy for $261.00 more. I asked them why, they claim they got wrong info on building. Remember they had everything from me with over 75 days in advance and now I have to pay the price for THEIR mistake. I couldn't make changes to policy so I had to cancel policy and re-write a new one. To my surprize they did not prorate my refund properly...well they prorated to their terms. I ended up paying $74.00 for fees that were duplicate. They told me sorry but that is their way.. so I lose $74.00 for their mistake not mine. They were adamant. They don't care about you. It is the bottom line for them. As soon as this policy expires i am going elseware. You should to.. stay away from them...now they send me an email with a story to justify their poor service. And, NO, I will not remove my NEGATIVE report. You earned it. Pay me the money I lost because of your incompetence and maybe then I will add a positive response. By the way, again my policy was cancelled then reactivated.. they have MORONS working there...
