I contacted Edge Imaging on a few occasions over the past few months to locate and order school pictures (from 2009 to 2018) for my children which I didn t order when I received the proofs. Every time I called staff was pleasant and my request was handled professionally, regardless of whom I ended up speaking with. I never do reviews but in this case, I felt compelled after having a positive experience each and every time I called. Very nice people and amazing customer service.
