I booked the hotel from Priceline and I requested 2 rooms with 4 guests in each room. I was under the impression that the hotel has 2 Queen beds int he room but was disappointed when checking in that they only have 2 double beds. Our stay was ok, we decided to book there because we have an early flight so staying right at the airport was convenient but I think I'll stay downtown next time. Our keys doesn't work every time we go back to hotel after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant in the hotel price is as expensive as the room service. It was a convenient location with pretty decent amenities but if you want to experience Chicago, don't stay there. Find better hotels or Airbnb downtown.
